Kapton SMT Solder Mask Tape is designed to protect flat surface areas like Gold fingers and edge connectors on the circuit board during the wave
solder operation. Kapton Tape is made of a polyamide film with a silicone adhesive. It is chemical and heat resistant to withstand short exposures to 525F (274C).

Kapton SMT Solder Mask Tape allplies directly from the roll to the surface to be masked.
The applied surface should be free of dirt, oil and any other parting agents.

Kapton SMT Solder Mask Tape simply peels off after use.

Kapton SMT Solder Mask Tape will store up to 2 years from date of manufacturing.

Kapton SMT Solder Mask Tape should be Stored at room temperature (72F, 22C) in an unopened container.
