PC Flex-Mask 001-GA is a green single-component natural latex rubber that cures at room temperature. This material is formulated
to use with automated dispensing equipment. It will withstand temperatures up to 268C/515F during the normal soldering operation (not to exceed 5 seconds).
Once used, this material is manually peeled off and discarded.

PC Flex-Mask 001 GA is applied using an automated dispensing equipment with a minimum .010 ED needle.
|
|
|
PC Flex-Mask 001 GA removes easily by hand or tweezers. Simply lift one corner and pull.
A slight lifting action will remove PC Flex-Mask 001 GA all in one piece leaving no residue. For best results, PC Flex-Mask 001 GA should be removed as soon as possible after the cleaning operation.

PC Flex-Mask
001 GA has a shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture. Each container is stamped to show the batch number, date of manufacture and expiration date.

PC Flex-Mask 001 GA must be protected from freezing. Store at room temperature in an unopened container.
